The ground floor opens into a spacious, modern living area of approximately 120 m², seamlessly combining the lounge and kitchen. A spectacular, efficient fireplace warms winter days by the sea, while a modern and silent air conditioning system ensures year-round comfort.
A 55” satellite TV completes the living area, along with a stylish guest bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a double-door fridge, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, ice maker, kettle, and additional small appliances.
Designed for comfort and social gatherings, the interiors feature modern furnishings with seating for 12, indoor and outdoor dining for 12, and a kitchen counter with a snack area.

Booking instruction:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start of the rental.
For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Security deposit:
A refundable security deposit of €1.500 is required.
Cancellation policies:
Booking can be cancelled:
- 60 days or more prior to arrival: Free cancellation.
- Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund or credit for a future stay, subject to availability.
- 29 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the booking is non-refundable
