The property occupies a promontory covering an area of over 1 ha with private and exclusive access to the sea through a natural swimming pool connected to the sea. Surrounded by heaven and earth , the interior and exterior of the house are seamless: the landscape that can be admired outside is the same as that enjoyed sitting on the comfortable sofa in the living area or from the bed of the main room on the upper floor, as well as from the bedrooms of the annex.

Suite of 40 square meters. equipped with three floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The suite has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and bidet separated from the anteroom where a double sink and shower with sea view have been created.
In the room there are two sommiers that can be separated if necessary or managed as a single King size double bed.
The wardrobes are built-in and integrated into a boiserie that completes the headboard of the bed. In the room there is an armchair/sofa bed as an additional bed. Entering the room on the right, built-in wardrobes are provided in the pillar and the opposite wall.
Behind the headboard of the King bed separated by a glass wall there are 2 sinks, a shower with a sea view and separated by a door the services with toilet and bidet. In the room there is a dormeuse that can be used as an additional bed if necessary.

Master Suite
Suite 60mq2 sea view with floor to ceiling windows as well as external stairs for direct access to the pools.

Guarantee conditions:
A confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the price at the time of booking confirmation; balance 30 days before the rental.

Booking can be cancelled:
- 60 days prior to arrival date - free of charge.
- between 59 days and 30 days - 50% refund or future travel credit upon disponibilty
- 29 days before: 100% is non-refundable
