The property occupies a promontory covering an area of over 1 ha with private and exclusive access to the sea through a natural swimming pool connected to the sea. Surrounded by heaven and earth , the interior and exterior of the house are seamless: the landscape that can be admired outside is the same as that enjoyed sitting on the comfortable sofa in the living area or from the bed of the main room on the upper floor, as well as from the bedrooms of the annex.

Dietro la testata del letto King separato da una vetrata ci sono 2 lavandini, una doccia vista mare e separati da una porta i servizi con wc e bidet. Nella stanza è prevista una dormeouse che all’occorrenza può essere utilizzata come letto aggiuntivo.

Alle spalle del letto, separato dal muro, c’è un percorso emozionale con doccia con diversi giochi d’acqua. Bagno in camera.

Warranty conditions:
A deposit equal to 20% of the price at the time of booking confirmation; balance 30 days before the rental.

A security deposit of € 2.000,00 is required
Cancellation policies:
Booking can be cancelled:
- 60 days prior to arrival date - free of charge.
- between 59 days and 30 days - 50% refund or future travel credit upon disponibilty
- 29 days before: 100% is non-refundable
