1. Is the property I want to rent available for the dates I have indicated?

Our website is updated in real time, this means that you can check the availability of the villa at any time.

2. How can I book?

After selecting the property you want, select the arrival and departure dates and click on book now and follow the online instructions to send a request without obligation.

3. What is a security deposit and why is it required?

The security deposit, which differs from property to property, is an amount required to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the property during your stay. The deposit is detailed during the booking process. It will be held by us for the duration of the stay and will be released within 72 hours after check-out after checking the property.

4. How much is the deposit and when do I have to pay the balance?

To book a villa, a 20% deposit must be paid. Full payment of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.

5. Can I take my dog on vacation?

In compliance with the rules we are inclined to accept small pets subject to our authorization and approval.

6. What happens if I arrive late at check-in?

It is advisable to keep in touch during your trip. In case of delay, please notify the representative who will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

7. What happens if I can't find the facility?

In the arrival instructions you will find the telephone number of our site manager, call him! It is advisable to make sure you have internet access during your vacation. If you have whatsapp, it is much easier to exchange information about coordinates and arrival details.

8. Can I go directly to the villa?

Before checking-in, one of our representatives will check that the villa is ready to welcome you in an exceptional line in advance. Do not go directly to the property before check-in time as per contract.

9. It is written that the holiday start day is Saturday. Could I arrive on a Friday?

Our reservations go from Saturday to Saturday, only in exceptional cases it will be possible to take into consideration special requests for stay.

10. Is there a regulation in the structure?

1 / Security

  • Some equipment and spaces must not be used by children without parental supervision (swimming pools, access to the sea, tennis court and more)
  • Be careful and lock all windows, gates and doors at night and when you leave the house. Also remember to activate the alarm.
  • To protect children, the pool is equipped with an alarm that must be activated and deactivated according to the procedure explained during the handover of the house. It is forbidden to dive into the swimming pool.
  • The house is equipped with a video surveillance system in all outdoor areas. If for privacy reasons you want to deactivate the system, please reactivate it when you leave the house unattended.
  • The house is equipped with an anti-intrusion alarm system that must be activated every time the villa is left unattended.

2 / Cleaning
The house is delivered in perfect cleaning and sanitizing conditions. Our staff will take care of the hygiene and management of the villa on a daily basis to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The ascertained possible lack of compliance with the basic cleaning rules will result in the charge of extra cleaning costs which will be calculated at check-out.

3 / Electricity - Air conditioning - Heating
Energy is precious. Make sure you:

  • Close the doors and windows when the air conditioning or heating are on.
  • Turn off the air conditioning and lights before leaving the house.


4 / Wind - Rain
In case of wind or rain make sure to:

  • Close windows and doors
  • Close the outdoor umbrellas so as not to break them
  • Close the curtains
  • Cover the cushions of the deck chairs
  • Do not use charcoal barbecues in strong winds

5 / Smoking
The house is non-smoking but you are free to smoke in the outdoor spaces, taking care not to leave cigarette butts in nature.

6 / Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house without prior agreement with the owner. If the owner gives permission, it is the tenant's responsibility to clean for their pet.

7 / Fireplace
To avoid accidents, please:

  • Do not leave the fireplace burning when you leave the house
  • Always lower the protective glass during use

8 / Swimming pool - Whirlpool
Be careful not to put food or drinks in the water. Please use plastic cups on the edge of the pool.

To protect children, the pool is equipped with an alarm that must be activated and deactivated according to the procedure explained during the handover of the house

È vietato fare tuffi in piscina.

Objects not intended for water could damage the system.

9 / Moving furniture
Please do not move indoor furniture to the outside areas of the facility.

You can still carefully move the furniture and equipment at your disposal, but they must be put back in their place before your departure without damage.

10/ Consegna chiavi
In fase di check-in saranno consegnate tutte le chiavi della villa, la perdita delle chiavi o il suo danneggiamento comporteranno l’addebito di € 80,00 (a singola chiave) al momento del check-out, salvo l’eventuale maggior danno.
