A scenic heatable infinity pool encloses the exterior of the lounge which also overlooks the enchanting bay.
Access to the sea is direct, via a private walkway. Many coves on the smooth white stone cliff, allow you to choose your own space in which to enjoy the colourful colours of the seabed between sand, poseidonia and rocks.
The house satisfies the most stringent regulations on energy efficiency with renewable energies deriving from solar thermal, photovoltaic system, from the use of materials and systems to contain energy dispersion on the external plasters with the application of double-glazed windows and, if necessary, has a backup system through a group of lithium batteries that covers the energy needs in the event of a power outage from the network
The efficient and spectacular fireplace was designed to heat the winter days in front of the sea together with a modern and silent air conditioning system of the latest generation. On this floor there is a guest toilet.
SUITE 1
On the ground floor there is 1 Suite of 40sqm overlooking the garden and the infinity pool with a private bathroom with shower. In the room there are two sommiers that can be separated if necessary or managed as a single King size bed. This room has also been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility
SUITE 2
The first suite is 39 square metres. with sea view, bathroom with shower in the room and equipped terrace. King size bed.
SUITE 3
The second suite is 35 square metres with sea view and with en-suite shower room. King size bed.
SUITE 4
The third suite is 45 square metres with an enchanting sea view on two sides and overlooks a terrace with an Infinity view towards the south of Sicily. On clear days you can see the profile of the extreme head of the island towards the Sicilian channel. King size bed and sofa bed for 2 more people, 2 sun loungers and en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink.
All suites are equipped with built-in wardrobes, 42 “satellite TV, latest generation independent air conditioning system, hot and cold, wifi, safe.

Warranty conditions:
A deposit equal to 20% of the price at the time of booking confirmation; balance 30 days before the rental.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of € 1.500,00 is required

Booking can be cancelled:
- 60 days prior to arrival date - free of charge.
- between 59 days and 30 days - 50% refund or future travel credit upon disponibilty
- 29 days before: 100% is non-refundable
