SUITE 1
On the ground floor there is 1 Suite of 40sqm overlooking the garden and the infinity pool with a private bathroom with shower. In the room there are two sommiers that can be separated if necessary or managed as a single King size bed. This room has also been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility
SUITE 2
The first suite is 39 square metres. with sea view, bathroom with shower in the room and equipped terrace. King size bed.
SUITE 3
The second suite is 35 square metres with sea view and with en-suite shower room. King size bed.
SUITE 4
The third suite is 45 square metres with an enchanting sea view on two sides and overlooks a terrace with an Infinity view towards the south of Sicily. On clear days you can see the profile of the extreme head of the island towards the Sicilian channel. King size bed and sofa bed for 2 more people, 2 sun loungers and en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink.
All suites are equipped with built-in wardrobes, 42 “satellite TV, latest generation independent air conditioning system, hot and cold, wifi, safe.

Booking instruction:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start of the rental.
For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Security deposit:
A refundable security deposit of €1.500 is required.
Cancellation policies:
Booking can be cancelled:
- 60 days or more prior to arrival: Free cancellation.
- Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund or credit for a future stay, subject to availability.
- 29 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the booking is non-refundable
